CDL-A - Dedicated truck driver

Dedicated truck drivers haul store merchandise in dry van trailers, performing 100% hand unload of freight using gravity rollers. Regularly perform slow-speed maneuvers and complex backs with 2 loads per week and 3-5 stop-offs per load. Routes cover AR, CO, IA, IL, KS, MN, MO, ND, SD, and WY.

Pay and Bonus Potential

• Mileage pay and load pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Earn at least $1,000 in weekly guarantee pay during your first 90 days.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $7,500 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.

Average pay: $1,675–$2,050 weekly.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Live within 50 miles of Edwardsville, IL.
