Job Summary

A. Duie Pyle is seeking an experienced, motivated full-time Dedicated CDL-A Truck Driver to join their team in Allentown, PA. The position involves driving a 53-foot van trailer delivering groceries to PA and Manhattan, earning $31.00 per hour with a 11:00 AM start time, Thursday - Monday schedule, weekly pay, and various benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, a 401(k) with company match, and profit sharing.

Responsibilities

• Completing deliveries to locations based on daily manifest as well as picking up potential returns, as needed
• Ensuring the security and safety of the tractor and freight; adhering to all DOT regulations and guidelines
• Building relationships through excellent communication with customers and account managers
• Completing pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections

Requirements

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License
• Minimum 1 year of recent tractor trailer experience
• Currently hold, or obtain, a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older
• No more than three moving violations and/or accidents within the last three years, subject to review
• Able to communicate effectively; must be able to read, write, and speak English
• Able to obtain and maintain TSA security clearance

Qualifications

• Must have valid CDL-A
• At least 1 year of recent tractor trailer experience
• Must have a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card
• Must be at least 21 years old
• No more than three moving violations and/or accidents within the last three years
• Able to communicate effectively in English
• Able to obtain and maintain TSA security clearance
