CDL-A - Dedicated Team truck driver

Haul sporting goods in dry van trailers to and from retail stores across the Western 11 states. 100% no-touch freight with 50% drop-and-hook. Regularly perform slow-speed maneuvers and complex backs. 2-4 loads per week, 1-3 stop-offs per load.

Pay and Bonus Potential

• Average weekly pay: $1,370–$1,670
• Mileage pay plus hourly pay while on duty (not driving)
• $1,000 weekly guarantee pay during first 90 days
• Weekly performance pay
• $10,000 sign-on bonus for experienced drivers, paid over 12 monthly payments in the first year
• $5,000 sign-on bonus for inexperienced drivers, paid over 12 monthly payments in the first year
• Paid orientation
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year
• Annual bonus: up to 2% of annual gross pay

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
• Live within 75 miles of Phoenix, AZ
