CDL-A - Dedicated Flatbed truck driver

About the role

Haul building materials on flatbed trailers. Unload freight with moffetts. Deliver directly to homeowners, job sites, businesses, and other locations. Perform slow-speed maneuvers and complex backing regularly. Complete 15-20 loads per week with multiple stop-offs per load.

Drive within 150 miles of Inver Grove Heights, MN on a Monday-Saturday schedule starting at 05:45.

Pay and bonus potential

• Hourly pay plus weekly performance pay.
• Average weekly pay: $1,110–$1,350.
• Sign-on bonus: $7,500 for experienced drivers or $5,000 for inexperienced drivers, paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.

Requirements

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• Live within 45 miles of Inver Grove Heights, MN or Rochester, MN.
