Company Driver Details

• Average 2,200‑2,400 miles weekly for regional routes (home time up to 10 days)
• Average 2,500 miles weekly for OTR routes (home time up to 14 days)
• Layover and detention pay
• Drive 2020‑or‑newer Cascadia or Volvo trucks

Pay

Up to $0.57 CPM base plus up to $0.04 CPM performance bonus, depending on division.

Minimum Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• 1 year tractor‑trailer experience with a school certificate **or** 2 years OTR experience
• At least 23 years old
• Pass DOT physical, drug screen, and background check
• No failed DOT drug or alcohol tests in the past 5 years
• No participation in a SAP program in the past 5 years
• No DUI or DWI convictions in the past 5 years
• No rollover or rear‑end accidents in the past 3 years
• Owner‑operator tractor must be 10 years old or newer
