CDL-A Company Truck Driver – Out and Back

About the role

McKee Foods is seeking a CDL-A Out and Back Company Truck Driver to join our team at our Stuarts Draft, Virginia location to cover a dedicated region consisting of the Northeastern states.

Pay

• 18+ months of experience: Average $84,100 / year*
  • Stable pay STARTING at $1,557 / week after initial training (includes delivery premium)
  • $10,000 sign-on bonus to help offset the costs of changing jobs
  • Eligible for increase to $1,618 / week after 6 months (based on performance)
  • 60+ years of profit sharing cash bonus
  • Partial pay for road expenses (per diem)
  • Extra trips available to increase your weekly pay
• 6 - 17 Months Of Experience: Stable pay STARTING at $1,437 / week after initial training (includes delivery premium)
  • Eligible for increase to $1,557 / week after 6 months (based on performance)
  • 60+ years of profit sharing
  • Partial pay for road expenses (per diem)
  • Extra trips available to increase pay

Schedule and Route

• Average 2.25 trips per week
• Dedicated region (typical routes include the Northeastern states)
• Always off sundown Friday to sundown Saturday

Required Qualifications

• Current Class A CDL
• Minimum 6 months experience driving a tractor trailer
• Willingness to drive team
• Ability to unload a trailer containing cases of snack cake products, regularly lifting up to 25 pounds and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds
• Ability to obtain tanker endorsement within 30 days of employment
