CDL A Company OTR Driver

About the role

At Superior Logistics Services, we are looking for experienced CDL-A drivers to join our OTR Company Driver team. We offer competitive compensation, benefits, and a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive assigned routes safely and efficiently
• Adhere to all company policies and safety guidelines
• Ensure cargo is loaded and unloaded correctly
• Communicate regularly with the dispatch team

Requirements

• 2 years of CDL-A experience required
• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
• Good driving record
• Passing DOT physical

Qualifications

• Professional attitude and willingness to form a long-term partnership
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong communication skills

Skills

• Experience driving in various weather conditions
• Knowledge of route planning and optimization
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
