- Short Load Premium (0–200 miles, practical miles)
- $50 per pick ; $50 per drop; mileage

- $250/weekend layover
- Hourly pay for detention and breakdown included
- Starting rate of $28.02/hour, $30.51 after 6 months

What You’ll Do
- Haul steel and industrial products across regional routes
- Secure loads with straps and chains only — no tarping!
- Deliver safely and on time to customers across the US
- Handle paperwork and communicate with dispatch as needed
What You’ll Need
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 2 years of experience with tractor-trailer combinations of 48/53 ft
- Minimum 6 months flatbed or Conestoga experience strongly preferred
- Experience hauling steel or oversized freight strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of DOT/FMSCA safety standards
Compliance Requirements
- Possess a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) that meets safety and insurance standards, with no disqualifying violations in the past 36 months as determined by company policy and applicable regulations.
- Compliance with the FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse, including a clear record with no violations prohibiting operation of a commercial motor vehicle.
