Pay

Annual salary: $88,000 – $97,000 per year.

• New pay raise: $0.65 per mile (CPM)
• Productivity bonus: $0.06 per mile
• Safety bonus: $0.01 per mile

Schedule

Home weekly. Drivers run 6 – 8 days per week, covering 2,200 – 2,800 miles, then take 34 – 48 hours at home.
