Pay
- $.70 CPM
- $1,400/week minimum guarantee for the first 12 weeks
- Top 50% earn gross $1,600+ per week
- Top 20% earn gross $2,100+ per week
- Sign-on bonus: $2,500 ($1,500 with first settlement, $1,000 paid after 30 days)
- Guaranteed minimum backup pay of 60–65 CPM — you make whichever is higher between percentage and CPM
- Increased tarping pay
- 50% over-dimensional pay

Company Driver Requirements
- At least 21 years old
- Valid Class A CDL
- At least 12 months verifiable OTR experience
- Must meet DOT requirements
- Stable, verifiable work history and acceptable driving record (no more than 5 jobs in the past 3 years and 3 in the past year)
