Cover reviews of physician documentation to identify opportunities for clinical documentation improvement.

Job Duties

• Demonstrates knowledge of documentation requirements
• Facilitates clinical documentation
• Competent utilization of EPIC, 3M Encompass/CDIS, Midas
• Identifies opportunities for operational improvement
• Demonstrates responsibility for personal development
• Works in collaborative fashion with team members and other associates
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

• If eligible, must have a Compact (multi-state) License in their primary state of residence.
• Licensed to practice nursing in the state where work is being performed
• Specialized Knowledge: Use of personal computer and Windows applications. Knowledge of encoding/grouping/compliance software.
• Kind And Length Of Experience: Minimum 5 years direct patient care experience
