CDI Specialist - Inpatient

Overview

We are seeking experienced Clinical Documentation Excellence (CDE/CDI) professionals to support concurrent and retrospective review workflows during a large health system integration. This is a high-priority opportunity for candidates with strong second-level review experience, DRG optimization expertise, and the ability to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• RN education
• 3+ years of inpatient Clinical Documentation Integrity/Clinical Documentation Excellence experience
• Active RN license
• CCDS, CDIP, RN, or equivalent certification strongly preferred
