About the Role
Estimate, design, and manage installations of large-scale complex Access Control and CCTV infrastructure that is linked to live operators in a monitoring station.
Responsibilities
- Design systems and improve existing processes
- Create quotations, installation drawings, and work orders
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide guidance when required
- Audit installations
- Negotiate with sub-trades on quoted scope and the actual required scope of work
- Manage and supervise staff and subcontractors with strict expectations of effort and results
- Resource planning and management
- Generate quotes and work orders
- Develop resources that are effective in executing tasks assigned
- Commissioning with staff, sub-contractors, and clients to ensure agreed-upon scope is completed
- Maintain a “get-it-done-right and on time” attitude
- Influence and motivate staff with open communication
- Mentor, positively encourage, and build teams in a teamwork environment
Requirements
- Proven track record of analyzing, prioritizing, delegating, controlling workflow, and managing projects
- Willingness to travel to North American sites
- Must complete background checks (includes but not limited to: references, educational verification, criminal check, credit check—where applicable)
- Certain roles may require additional testing
