About the Opportunity:The CC SERVICE ADVOCATE I role is designed to support comprehensive care management by delivering exceptional customer service through effective scheduling and patient communication. This position is crucial for ensuring smooth operations within the contact center, directly impacting patient satisfaction and the efficiency of care delivery. Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound calls to schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments.Provide courteous and professional service addressing patient inquiries and concerns.Accurately enter patient information and appointment details into scheduling systems.Clearly communicate appointment details and instructions to patients.Resolve scheduling conflicts and issues promptly.Collaborate with medical staff and departments to ensure smooth scheduling.Conduct follow-up calls to confirm appointments and provide reminders.Maintain accurate records of all patient interactions and transactions.Perform other duties or special projects as assigned. Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent; some undergraduate education preferred.Minimum 1 year customer service experience; call center experience preferred.Positive and flexible attitude.Friendly and nurturing approach toward older adult patients.Experience with electronic medical record documentation preferred.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.Strong phone demeanor and etiquette.High level of integrity.Proficient PC skills including basic Excel.Preference for speakers of Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese, or Polish.Authorization to work in the US. Pay Range and Compensation Package:The typical pay range for this role is $17.00 to $25.65 per hour.This position is eligible for bonus, commission, or short-term incentive programs in addition to base pay.
