About the Organization
DIFFvelopment is a global Black-led organization dedicated to restoring historical understanding, economic confidence, and visionary leadership for the global Black community. Since 2015, it has empowered over 3,500 young Black leaders from the U.S., Africa, and the wider diaspora through programs rooted in history, leadership, entrepreneurship, and generational wealth-building. Its flagship initiatives include the Consultrepreneurship Program, the Black Generational Wealth Program, and the Council on Global Black Development (CGBD) Fellowship.
