CCaaS GCP Product Owner

Key Responsibilities

• Lead refinement and grooming sessions, ensuring a continuous pipeline of implementation-ready work for engineering teams.
• Translate business demand into clear, concise, implementation-ready user stories with detailed acceptance criteria.
• Serve as the primary liaison between GCP scrum teams and enterprise stakeholders, facilitating demand intake and prioritization.
• Lead preparation activities for Program Increment (PI) Planning and manage cross-team dependencies.
• Support modernization and optimization of CCaaS platforms including voice routing, conversational AI, and analytics.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Owner or Agile Product Delivery experience.
• 3+ years supporting cloud-based technology platforms.
• Expertise in backlog ownership, grooming, and user story creation.
• Proficiency with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and CCaaS technologies.
• Experience facilitating PI Planning events in scaled Agile frameworks.
