The Role (In-Home Services)

• Work one-on-one with children in their home environments
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA
• Run structured sessions that include skill acquisition, behavior support, data collection, and caregiver collaboration
• Build rapport with both children and caregivers while maintaining clinical boundaries
• Receive ongoing BCBA guidance, feedback, and support

Who This Role Is a Good Fit For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with children (professional or personal)
• Ability to work under BCBA supervision
• Reliable transportation for in-home sessions
• Willingness to learn and follow treatment plans consistently
• ABA experience preferred
