CBRN Operational SME

Responsibilities
- Deliver strategic-level operational support for field CBRN operations, including planning and execution of readiness programs
- Coordinate with mission and delivery teams to assess risks, design readiness strategies, and execute operational frameworks supporting Air Force CWMD objectives
- Oversee field CBRN activities and contribute to readiness assessments that directly support Air Force strategy development for CBRND objectives
- Provide operational planning, capability integration, and mission readiness solutions for Combatant Command missions
Requirements
- Experience delivering strategic-level operational support for field CBRN operations, including planning and execution of readiness programs
- Knowledge of CBRND tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) aligned with Air Force mission priorities
- Ability to coordinate with mission and delivery teams to assess risks, design readiness strategies, and execute operational frameworks supporting Air Force CWMD objectives
- Top Secret clearance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Nice if you have: Experience conducting joint and coalition CBRN defense operations supporting Combatant Commands or similar high-level military mission requirements
- Knowledge of CBRND doctrine, framework development aligned with treaty compliance, and multi-domain readiness planning within mission areas
- Ability to lead training events, live simulations, and workshops to improve resilience and mission preparation in contested chemical and biological environments

Pay
The projected compensation range for this position is $112,800.00 to $257,000.00 (annualized USD).
