Responsibilities
- Dignified ADL Support & Personal Care: Provide comprehensive, hands-on assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)—including showering, tub baths, dressing, personal grooming, oral care, and incontinence management.
- Assist residents with safe transfers, ambulation, and positioning, using proper body mechanics and adaptive equipment while respecting resident autonomy.
- Assist with meal distribution, dining room setup, and monitoring resident nutritional and fluid intake.
- CBRF Medication Assistance & Vital Signs: Assist residents with routine medication reminders, setup
