CBRF Aide

About the role

Clement Manor is a faith-based independent living, assisted living, CBRF and long term care community, nationally recognized for providing a superior quality environment for older adults. We are currently looking for CBRF Certified Caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Answer patients' call signals.
• Turn and reposition bedridden patients, with assistance, to prevent bedsores.
• Observe patients' conditions, measuring and recording food and liquid intake and output and vital signs, and report changes to professional staff.
• Feed patients who are unable to feed themselves.
• Provide patients with help walking, exercising, and moving in and out of bed.
• Bathe, groom, shave, dress, or drape patients to prepare them for surgery, treatment, or examination.
• Transfer patients depending on care plan accurately
• Read and follow care cards
• Keep rooms in order and change linens.

Requirements

• Experience is not required but preferred. Being dual certified is a plus but you MUST have a CNA certification.
• Knowledge and Skills Required: Customer and Personal Service, Psychology, Time Management, Technology

• Shift Differential for 2nd and 3rd shift.

Schedule

• Positions available on all Shifts, Full Time and Part Time: 1st Shift, 6:45am-3:15pm, 2nd Shift, 2:45pm-11:15pm, 3rd Shift, 11:00pm-7:00am.
