About the role

We are seeking an experienced, independently licensed clinician to join our growing Massachusetts team as CBHI Program Director. The Program Director is responsible for providing leadership and overseeing the daily operations of the area CBHI program, including in-home behavioral therapy, in-home therapy, and therapeutic mentoring programs. You will guide staff and assist in the development, treatment methodologies, and ensure the effective implementation of all in-home treatment and programming for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and oversee daily operations of CBHI programs (in-home behavioral therapy, in-home therapy, and therapeutic mentoring).
  • Guide staff in the development and implementation of treatment methodologies.
  • Ensure effective delivery of in-home treatment and programming for clients.

Qualifications

  • Independent clinical license (LMHC or LICSW) in the state of Massachusetts – Required.
  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related Human Services field.
  • Five years minimum experience working with behavioral disorders and previous CBHI experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory capacity.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office.
  • Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle for commuting to one of our office locations.
  • Access to high-speed secure internet required.

Pay

Salary Range: $85,000–$90,000.

Schedule

Early Friday closures at 12:30pm from Memorial Day through Labor Day (Summer Fun Fridays).
