CBHC Recovery Coach

Job Summary

Community Behavioral Health Center is seeking a full-time Recovery Coach to support adults seen through outpatient and mobile crisis services. This position is based in Taunton, MA.

About the Role

At Community Behavioral Health Center, you will be part of a multi-disciplinary team offering comprehensive services and supports to meet individual needs. The role involves providing support to peers, developing wellness and relapse prevention plans, and collaborating with natural supports and community providers.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with clients in or thinking about recovery
• Engage clients to develop wellness plans and relapse prevention plans
• Provide information on community, wellness, and recovery resources that meet the member's needs
• Participate in regularly scheduled clinical supervision, staff meetings, staff development, and training curriculum
• Accompany members to provider appointments and meetings to enhance the recovery experience (using personal vehicle for transportation)
• Collaborate with established natural supports and community providers

Requirements

• Certification as a Recovery Coach
