CBHA Assessor (Independent Contractor)

About the role

This is an Independent Contractor position. Must be licensed in the state of Florida.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments on children removed from their homes due to abuse, neglect and/or abandonment.

Qualifications

• Education and Licensure: Master’s Degree in the field of counseling, social work, or psychology. Licensed Clinician (LCSW/LMHC/LMFT) in the state of Florida.
• Experience: 2 years’ experience full-time working directly with children and families who are victims of physical abuse, sexual abuse, neglect, or youth who have been adjudicated delinquent and committed and are emotionally disturbed.
• Must have Florida Medicaid number or in process of obtaining Florida Medicaid number.

Other Requirements

• Valid FL State Issued Driver's license
• At least 21 years of age or older
• Successfully pass pre-employment medical screenings which include: Drug Screen and TB Test.
• Successfully pass a Level 2 background screening with the State of Florida.

Pay

Compensated at a rate of $35.00 per hour, with a maximum billing of 20 hours per CBHA.
