CBAP Certified Business Analyst

About the role

This position is for a Certified Business Analyst (CBAP) who will be responsible for translating business requirements into design specifications, identifying and documenting existing business processes, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and communicate business requirements
• Translate business requirements into design specifications
• Identify and document existing business processes
• Create various data and behavior models, process/flow models, and usage models
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to promote rethinking of core business processes and envisioning of a reengineered environment
• Work on projects for the public sector/government (specify entity and time served)
• Experience with Grants Management systems

Requirements

• Bachelor level or higher education
• CBAP certification by the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) or equivalent BA credential/education (Form 2 required if applicable)
• 84 months of experience in requirements planning and management, elicitation, analysis, and communication
• 84 months of experience assisting in the translation of business requirements into design specifications
• 84 months of experience identifying and documenting existing business processes
• 12 months experience working on projects for the public sector/government (specify entity and time served)
• 36 months experience with Grants Management systems

Qualifications

• CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) certification by the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) or equivalent BA credential/education (Form 2 required if applicable)
