Caulking Skilled Laborer

About the role

Responsible for performing building envelope repair tasks including but not limited to roof repairs, siding installations, and flashings. Works closely with project managers and clients to ensure quality workmanship and timely completion of projects.

Responsibilities

• Performing detailed inspections of buildings to identify areas requiring repair
• Assisting in the preparation of materials and tools needed for repairs
• Installing new siding, flashing, and other building envelope components
• Coordinating with project managers to ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets
• Communicating effectively with clients to address their concerns and provide updates on project progress

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in construction or related field
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Qualifications

• Proficiency in using common construction equipment and tools
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow blueprints and specifications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay
