Sure-Seal Contracting is hiring experienced Caulkers and Sealant Applicators to join our team.

Safety

We exceed industry safety standards and require all employees to complete the latest safety and application training, including:

• WHMIS
• First Aid and CPR/AED
• Aerial platform
• Swing stage
• Fall Arrest
• Confined space
• Construction Safety Training System
• Certificate of Recognition (COR)

Additional applicator training includes Hilti firestop, Watson Bowman Acme expansion joints, Emseal expansion joints, Sika, and Tremco.

Responsibilities

• Apply caulking and sealants in various environments, including building caulking, window caulking, exterior caulking, and expansion joints (concrete, stone, fire-rated roof, EMSEAL, WABO)
• Work on projects such as bridges, building envelopes, parking structures, and firestopping
• Perform tasks at heights and in both indoor and outdoor settings
• Handle physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 23 kg (50 lbs)

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Experience with caulking and finishing tools
• Experience working at heights on ladders, aerial platforms, or swing stages
• Manual dexterity and physical stamina
• Own steel-toed safety boots and gloves
• Reliability and ability to work as part of a team
