Catholic Nursery Caregiver

About the role

We are seeking part-time Assistants to care for children in the Nursery (ages zero to two years) in our classical and Catholic center in Fort Worth, TX.

Responsibilities

• Teach children in a classical and Catholic environment
• Provide childcare and nursery services
• Follow curriculum and grading guidelines provided by Regina Caeli Academy
• Attend mandatory training on August 6 or 10, 2026

Requirements

• No teaching certification or formal teaching experience required
• Deep love for the Catholic faith
• Sign an Oath of Fidelity to the Catholic Church
• Strong communication skills
• Good organization and timeliness
• A traditional view of the student/teacher relationship

Qualifications

• Experience in homeschooling or working with homeschool children
• Ministry in a Catholic parish
• Teaching Religious Education or Catechism classes
• Teaching your own children
• Teaching in a classical or private school (not required)

• Ability to follow curriculum and grading guidelines
• Classroom management skills
• Strong communication skills
• Traditional view of the student/teacher relationship
• Living the Catholic faith day-to-day

Pay

Hourly pay is provided.

Schedule

Mondays and Thursdays from 8:15 am - 3:15 pm.
