Catholic Nursery Caregiver

About the role

This is an in-person, on-site part-time position at Regina Caeli Academy in Jacksonville, FL. The role does not require a teaching certification or formal teaching experience.

Responsibilities

- Provide childcare and nursery services. - Teach according to RCA standards. - Attend one mandatory training session on August 10 or 11, 2026. - Complete a background check and mandatory training.

Requirements

- Strong communication skills. - Good organization. - Timeliness. - A traditional view of the student/teacher relationship. - Living the Catholic faith daily, including receiving all sacraments appropriate to your state in life.

Qualifications

- No teaching certification or formal teaching experience required. - Willingness to learn everything needed to perform the role. - Experience in areas such as homeschooling, ministry in a Catholic parish, teaching Religious Education or Catechism classes, teaching your own children, or teaching in a classical or private school.
