About the role
The Catheter R&D Engineer is responsible for developing new catheter technologies that enhance patient care and improve clinical outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Conducts research and development on catheter technologies
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to design and test new products
- Develops and implements new manufacturing processes
- Ensures compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in catheter technology development
- Strong understanding of medical device regulations and standards
- Experience with product development lifecycle management
Qualifications
- Proficient in CAD/CAM software
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Skills
- Knowledge of catheter materials and manufacturing processes
- Experience with medical device testing and validation
- Strong project management and leadership skills

Pay
$80,000 - $100,000 annually
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
