Cath Lab Tech - Travel

About the role

Join as a Cardiovascular Technologist in the cath lab, assisting physicians with diagnostic tests and procedures. You will operate advanced medical equipment to capture vital images and data of the heart and blood vessels.

Requirements

• ARRT certified Radiologic Technologist
• Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) preferred
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a Cath Lab setting
• BLS & ACLS certifications
• Proficient with fluoroscopy, peripheral and coronary angio, PCI, and pacemaker procedures
• Valid driver's license
• Current Cardiac Cath experience and recent travel contract participation

Key Duties

• Conduct diagnostic and interventional procedures in the cath lab
• Operate and troubleshoot complex medical imaging equipment
• Support physicians during procedures
• Maintain patient safety and comfort
• Adhere to licensing and certification requirements

• Strong technical skills in cardiovascular imaging
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced clinical environments
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Flexibility to work 36 hours weekly over four 9-hour shifts
