We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content.
We need to parse the job description and extract relevant info.
We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc.
We need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. The description includes a lot of fluff but we need to preserve substantive info.
We need sections: maybe "About the role", "Responsibilities", "Requirements", "Qualifications", "Skills", "Benefits", "Pay", "Schedule". We need to decide which have content.
From description:
- About the role: description of CV Invasive Specialist I and II duties, mention of ACVP scope, etc. Could be "About the role".
- Responsibilities: list of essential functions (procedure room prep, patient education, etc). Could be "Responsibilities".
- Requirements: maybe "Minimum Qualifications" and "Preferred Qualifications". Could be "Requirements" or "Qualifications". We need to decide.
- Skills: list of skills: Patient Assessment and Monitoring, Sound Decision Making, etc.
- Benefits: mention of sign-on bonus up to $20k, relocation assistance up to $5k, benefits package (generous benefits package). Also mention of benefits package link.
- Pay: hourly range $39.16 - $60.42.
- Schedule: Full-time (40 Hours), Shift Details: Full-time (40 Hours). Also location: Platte Valley Hospital? Actually there is mention of Platte Valley Hospital earlier, then later Lutheran Hospital location. The posting seems mixed. We need to include schedule: "Full-time (40 Hours)". Also maybe shift details.
We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present.
We must not create sections with no content.
Thus we will output sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (maybe combine Minimum and Preferred), Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule.

We need to use for each heading, then content: either
for prose,
- for lists. We must preserve all substantive info, not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include details like specific duties, qualifications, etc. We need to be careful not to omit any substantive info. Sedation is managed through RN-led conscious sedation or anesthesia, as appropriate. That's a lot of content; we need to preserve all substantive info. However, we need to avoid duplication and fluff like emojis maybe but we can keep the textual content. We need to decide what goes where. Probably "About the role" can include the description of role, facilities, procedure portfolio, technology, collaborative culture. "Responsibilities" can include the Essential Functions list. "Requirements" maybe include Minimum Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications for both I and II? Might be too much. Could split into "Minimum Qualifications" and "Preferred Qualifications" but we only have headings list: Requirements, Qualifications. We could use "Requirements" for minimum qualifications and "Qualifications" for preferred? But the instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we have both Requirements and Qualifications separate. We need to decide what to put in each. We could put Minimum Qualifications under Requirements, and Preferred Qualifications under Qualifications. Or vice versa. Usually Requirements = minimum, Qualifications = preferred. We'll do that. Skills: list of skills given. Benefits: sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, benefits package. Pay: hourly range. Schedule: Full-time (40 Hours). Also maybe shift details. We need to ensure we don't repeat info unnecessarily but preserve all substantive info. If we put some info in multiple sections, that's duplication but maybe okay? The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." It doesn't forbid duplication, but better to avoid redundancy. However, we need to ensure we don't lose any info. We'll try to allocate each piece to one section. Let's extract each piece: About the role: - Role description (CV Invasive Specialist I and II duties, supervision, independent judgment, responsibility, follows ACVP/NASPE standards, RCIS/RCES required to pass meds) - Sign-on bonus up to $20k and/or relocation assistance up to $5k (maybe belongs to Benefits) - Facilities: 4 Cath Labs, 1 Hybrid OR, 3 EP labs, 2 Philips Biplane labs for neurovascular. - Procedure volume: ~160 procedures per month, list categories. - Technology: Philips imaging systems, GE Mac-Lab hemodynamic monitoring, Epic ~ Cupid for structured reporting, Acist and Med Rad contrast injection devices, tools: Penumbra, Shockwave, Rotational Atherectomy, Volcano, Boston Scientific, Impella, balloon pump, laser, 3D ICE. - Collaborative culture: team of cardiologists, electrophysiologists, neurointerventional radiologists, vascular surgeons, cardiac surgeons; three-person teams of RNs and technologists; documentation via Epic and Cupid; sedation via RN-led conscious sedation or anesthesia.
