About the role
We are seeking a Cath Lab Tech to provide direct clinical patient care in a hospital setting through travel or local contracts.
Responsibilities
- Assisting physicians during invasive and noninvasive procedures
- Operating and ensuring safety of all equipment
- Assessing procedure room readiness and obtaining necessary supplies
- Communicating continuously with physicians about patient condition
- Participating in performance and quality improvement activities
- Providing patient support and care, with authorization to handle medication in presence of a physician
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months Cath Lab experience; 1 year preferred
- ARRT certification and valid state license (e.g., MRTBE)
- CPR/BLS certification from American Heart Association
Schedule
13-week assignments with options for 36 or 40 hours per week, day shifts, in hospital settings.
Pay
Compensation varies for local ($78/hr) and travel contracts (approx. $3,240–$3,520).
