About the role

The Senior Scheduling Coordinator serves as an advanced resource within scheduling operations and supports efficient, accurate coordination of patient appointments, procedures, and related documentation. In addition to performing core scheduling responsibilities, this role provides subject matter expertise, assists with complex scheduling scenarios, supports workflow optimization, and serves as a resource to scheduling staff and leadership. The Senior Scheduling Coordinator promotes high standards of customer service, data accuracy, regulatory compliance, and seamless coordination of care across departments. Demonstrates Service Excellence at all times.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year medical scheduling experience
• High School Diploma/GED
• Vocational/Technical School/Diploma
• Associate’s degree
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Master’s Degree
• Other: Other qualifications
