Cath Lab Scheduler - Full-Time - 8:00am - 4:30pm

About the role

Oklahoma Surgical Hospital (OSH) is a physician-owned facility dedicated to providing superior personalized healthcare. We are seeking a full-time Cath Lab Scheduler to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Accurately schedule tests and procedures according to departmental and procedural guidelines in addition to provider preferences.
• Work closely with the clinical healthcare team to promote a high-quality service by efficiently and effectively coordinating patients and clinical resources.
• Interview patients and complete the admission process while ensuring that all required information is obtained, records are accurate, and patients are informed of relevant hospital policies and practices.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Previous healthcare experience required.
• Scheduler experience strongly preferred.

Specialty Knowledge & Skills

• Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and work prioritization skills.
• Basic knowledge of medical office terminology.
• Computer skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and data entry skills.

• $18.00 - $20.00 per hour.

Schedule

• 8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday.
