Catering Team Lead

About the role

The Catering Team Lead ensures all Newk’s guests and clients receive a positive Newk’s Experience outside of the restaurant. This role assists the restaurant team in achieving planned sales and protecting the brand by maintaining a sanitary, safe, respectful, efficient, and quality work environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all Newk’s guests and clients receive a positive Newk’s Experience outside of the restaurant.
• Aids the restaurant team in achieving planned sales by performing all responsibilities and tasks according to Newk’s standards, policies, and procedures for operational excellence.
• Maintains a sanitary, safe, respectful, efficient, and quality work environment while effectively managing operational/product costs.
• Develops, directs, and motivates the catering team members within the store, ensuring catering execution provides Newk’s catering guests with an exceptional Newk’s Experience and product quality outside the four walls of the restaurants.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years old upon hire date.
• Meet safety and sanitation standards.
• Work in a fast-paced environment.

• Works well in a team environment.
