Catering Team Lead

About the role

The Catering Team Lead ensures all Newk’s guests and clients receive a positive Newk’s Experience outside of the restaurant. This role assists the restaurant team in achieving planned sales by performing all responsibilities and tasks according to Newk’s standards, policies, and procedures for operational excellence. The Team Lead also helps protect the brand by maintaining a sanitary, safe, respectful, efficient, and quality work environment while effectively managing operational/product costs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all Newk’s guests and clients receive a positive Newk’s Experience outside of the restaurant.
• Aid the restaurant team in achieving planned sales by performing all responsibilities and tasks according to Newk’s standards, policies, and procedures for operational excellence.
• Help protect the brand by maintaining a sanitary, safe, respectful, efficient, and quality work environment while effectively managing operational/product costs.
• Assist in the development, direction, and motivation of the catering team members within the store, ensuring catering execution provides Newk’s catering guests with an exceptional Newk’s Experience and product quality outside the four walls of the restaurants.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years old upon hire date.
• Meet safety and sanitation standards.
