Description

The Catering Specialist is responsible for creating a consistent, quality product and culinary experience, while also providing exceptional customer service, presentation, and a clean and safe eating environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Management of online catering system to create work orders with regard to meal preparation and delivery and setup
  • Work with, and understand all guest requirements before the event
  • Transport meals and associated items to event and complete set up requirements stated by the guest and company standards
  • Clean up venue after event to ensure no food, plates, beverages or other items remain behind
  • Follow up with guest to insure event was successful for them and their guest

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years restaurant experience
  • 3+ years catering experience
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Organized and capable of multi-tasking with attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Microsoft applications including word and excel
  • High standards of personal hygiene and personal appearances
  • Ability to be on feet for several hours at a time
  • Experience using POS systems preferred
  • Servsafe training preferred
