CATERING SHIFT SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)

About the role

Morrison Healthcare is hiring immediate full-time CATERING SHIFT SUPERVISORS at Mayo Clinic Harwick. The position requires previous food service, catering, and management experience. The fixed pay rate is $25.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift
• Oversight that assigned job expectations are completed while maintaining policy and procedure
• Provide training and create work schedules
• Evaluate the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure the unit meets expectations for quality, productivity, and safety
• Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off
• May act as a mentor, develop employees, and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Previous food service, catering, and management experience required.

Pay

$25.50 per hour

Schedule

Full time, Monday through Friday, hours may vary; start time between 5:00 am and 9:00 am.
