Catering Server | Highmark Stadium

About the role

We are looking for Catering Servers to join our team. As a Server, you will provide exceptional guest service while working collectively and cooperatively in their assigned area. This role will be part of the excitement and energy of live stadium events, specifically the 2026 NFL season at The New Highmark Stadium.

Essential Functions

• Interact with guests to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Provide personal service and attention to detail that exceeds guest expectations.
• Serve food, soda, water, wine, draft beer, and bottled beer.
• Clear and clean tables and run food as needed.
• Support the service staff by performing opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned.
• Maintain a pleasant and collaborative attitude towards customers, co-workers, and management.
• Adhere to Legends Global and venue company policies.
• Practice safe work habits and complete company and venue safety and general compliance training.
• Complete other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Available to work non-traditional hours (Nights, Weekends & Holidays).
• Knowledgeable of other food, beverages, and retail outlets within the stadium.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette.
• Ability to read, speak, and write English to communicate with guests.
• Ability to lift and transport items that weigh up to 50 pounds, occasionally 10-30 pounds.
• Flexible to work extended hours due to business requirements including late nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Enough mobility to perform assigned production tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time.
• Two to three years of experience working in a fast-paced high-end club or restaurant.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to attain the required alcohol and food safety certifications prior to working events.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Able to demonstrate flexibility and quickly adapt to changes.
• Able to work independently and as a team player in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Demands

• Ability to lift/move/maneuver up to 50 lbs.
• Constant standing, walking, twisting, bending, reaching and repetitive motions.
• Exposure to loud noises (i.e., fireworks, voices, and audio systems), flashing lights, and extreme heat/cold.

Compensation

Salary of $11 per hour, plus tips.
