Role Overview
As a driver‑host for HUNGRY, you will pick up equipment at a hub, collect food from vendors, transport it to client sites in the Dallas area, and complete the designated set‑up or drop‑off. You will host catering events for business clients, coordinate with other HUNGRY team members, and operate efficiently with a customer‑oriented mindset. Responsibilities include professionally answering food‑related questions, guiding guests, communicating effectively to ensure flawless event execution, and maintaining a high level of attention to detail and an outgoing personality while presenting a professional demeanor and appearance.
Schedule
Monday – Friday, Breakfast and Lunch events (8 am – 2 pm). You have the flexibility to choose when and how much you work.
Pay
Gig‑based compensation equivalent to approximately $19–$21 per hour plus 100 % of client tips.
Requirements
- Reliable personal transportation (vehicle, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance).
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lb.
- 18 + years of age and authorized to work in the United States.
- Engaging, energetic, and customer‑oriented attitude.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Food service, catering, or event experience is a plus.
