As a Catering Server (Gig) you will support these operations in the Boston area.

Responsibilities

• Pick up equipment at the Newton hub, pick up food from vendors, and transport to client sites throughout the Boston area to complete designated set‑up or drop‑off.
• Host catering events for business clients throughout the Boston area.
• Strategically coordinate with other members of the HUNGRY team.
• Operate efficiently with a customer‑oriented mindset.
• Professionally answer food‑related questions and guide guests.
• Ensure effective communication so that all elements of the event are executed.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail and an outgoing personality.
• Keep a professional demeanor and appearance during events.
• Choose when and how much you work (flexible gig schedule).

Requirements

• Reliable transportation (use of personal vehicle)
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
• 18 years of age or older
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Engaging, energetic, and customer‑oriented
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Food service, catering, or event experience is a plus

Schedule

Monday‑Friday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday preferred (8 am‑2 pm)

Benefits

Compensation: Gig‑Dependent (on average, equivalent to approximately $24 /hr)
