- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive catering business.
- Manage client relationships and identify new catering opportunities in the local market.
- Pursue new catering opportunities through relationships with clients, event planners, and venues.
- Implement sales strategies and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create customized menus and proposals, negotiate contracts and pricing with clients.
