Catering Sales Coordinator
About You
You support catering sales by actively helping source opportunities, managing leads, and moving orders from inquiry to completion. This role plays an important part in driving sales by ensuring leads are followed up on, opportunities are not missed, and orders are handled accurately. You work closely with the Catering Sales Manager and restaurant teams to support outreach efforts, manage communication, and keep both new and existing catering business moving forward.

What You Bring To The Team
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent experience required. 1+ year of experience in hospitality, catering, restaurant operations, sales support, or customer service. Restaurant and/or catering experience is preferred.
- Experience: Interest or experience in sales, prospecting, or business development. Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple leads, orders, and timelines. Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills. Experience working with ordering platforms, dashboards, or similar systems. Ability to stay organized and follow through in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable supporting outreach efforts and communicating with guests and internal teams. Proactive mindset with a focus on accuracy and follow-through.
- Qualifications: Remote role based in the United States, requiring a reliable internet connection and the ability to work independently while staying responsive and collaborative across teams.
