Catering Operations Specialist - Whitestown

Position Objective

BIBIBOP is seeking a Catering Coordinator to support our Catering Manager with flawless event execution.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Relevant experience in restaurant, catering, or hospitality sales
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable with outbound sales and outreach (cold calls, emails, in-person visits)
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license with use of both company and personal vehicle, mileage reimbursement with use of personal vehicle
• Able to lift up to 25lbs and stand for extended periods of time

Core Weekday Hours

Full-time Monday – Friday position with flexibility required for early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends based on event bookings.
