About the role

Oversees all aspects of catering solutions and special events, leading the catering team to ensure customer satisfaction and high service standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop tailored catering options and build client relationships.
• Coordinate event planning and execution.
• Train staff to maintain quality and safety standards.
• Manage staffing and deliver food and labor targets.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Maintain compliance with safety policies.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience, preferably in management, events, or hospitality.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Certification in food handling and alcohol service.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong communication skills.
