Catering Executive Chef - Corporate Dining (NYC)
Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manages cost controls and controls expenditures for the account
- Purchases and manages inventory
- Rolls out new culinary programs in conjunction with marketing and culinary team
Preferred Qualifications
- Culinary degree preferred
- At least three to five years of culinary management experience in a high-volume setting
- High volume production and catering experience is required
- Demonstrated ability to successfully execute events of varying sizes and complexity, from intimate executive meetings to large-scale conferences and special events
- Previous experience managing cost controls
- Desire to learn and grow with a top-notch foodservice company
