Catering Event Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement catering strategies that improve service delivery and client satisfaction
• Cookstaff, logistics, and setup all aspects of catering events
• Upsell additional services and products to clients during the planning process
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues that arise during events
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and presentation of food items
• Maintain accurate records of budgets, expenses, and event details for future reference
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in real time

Qualifications

• Proven experience in catering or banquet event management, including off-premise catering
• Strong background in event planning, project management, and client service
• Familiarity with budgeting, contract negotiation, and vendor management
• Prior culinary or chef experience strongly preferred
