Essential Functions

• Prepares food and other products for catering orders.
• Fulfills food safety procedures.
• Packages food and other products for delivery.
• Maintains food quality and operational standards.
• Greets guests and ensures satisfaction with their order.
• Drives and operates own vehicle safely and courteously.
• Maintains a clean delivery vehicle and reports maintenance issues.
• Arrives on time, dressed appropriately, and maintains a friendly demeanor.
• Exhibits high integrity and works diligently.
• Represents Moe’s brand positively and adheres to company core values.

Education And Work Experience Required

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Good guest services and communication skills.
• Good driving record.
• Good time management and self-discipline.
• Ability to multi-task and safely operate a motor vehicle.
• Adherence to company core values.

Physical And Cognitive Requirements

• Communicate clearly.
• Move and remain in a stationary position.
• Occasionally transport and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Detect, perceive, identify, recognize, judge, inspect, estimate, observe, and assess items, information, and objects.
