Responsibilities

• Wash and clean dishes and kitchen equipment as they come through the dish pit.
• Work with the kitchen team to ensure dishes and equipment are stored properly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Uphold and demonstrate a complete understanding of company policies and procedures.
• Perform other tasks as deemed necessary.
• Promote an inclusive and supportive approach within the team, focusing on removing barriers and empowering growth and opportunity for team members at all levels.
• Lead by example through sustainability and conservation efforts; display knowledge of efforts in business application and provide adequate opportunity for teaching unit staff as necessary.
• Engage with SSA and the unit in driving community efforts through engagement activities and opportunities for giving back.

Requirements

• Must be willing and able to work standing for long periods of time.
• Experience with fast-paced dish pit environment preferred.
• Ability to push through dishes and organize area as necessary to the business.
• Experience with MSDS knowledge and upholds active practice of cleanliness in the dish area while maintaining protocol for dish liquid use.
• Responsibly geared towards presenting a clean and welcome experience for guests through upholding sanitation requirements.
