Job Responsibilities
- Cooking and serving food for various events
- Managing and supervising catering teams
- Developing and implementing catering solutions
- Maintaining client and customer relationships
- Creating and executing marketing plans
- Ensuring compliance with safety policies
- Setting and delivering sales targets
- Executing catering events of varying sizes and scopes
- Handling components accounting functions
Qualifications
- At least 4 years of experience
- At least 1-3 years of experience in a management role
- Previous experience in events and catering
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work event-based hours
- Completion of Food Handlers and Alcohol Service Certifications
